What can a VOIP or Internet Phone System do for your company that a land line can’t do?

Which would you prefer? Call a number to listen to your voicemails OR read them in an email?

Can that phone call show up in the caller id of your intended caller and have them see your company phone number displayed in the caller id?

With VOIP you can uplug that VOIP business phone, plug it into a hard wired internet connection (just as if it were a computer) and all calls to your office line can be taken from anywhere you have an internet connection. Try that with a landline.

Does VOIP work with a WiFi connection?
Indirectly. All you have to do is connect your business VOIP phone to to your laptop (you do have to install some software to pull this off)
